1. General Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the tk11 platform and its members ("you" or "member"). By using tk11 through the website, mobile app, or any other channel, you confirm that you fully agree to these Terms.

Key Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the tk11 website, app and all related digital services.
• "Member" refers to any person registered on this platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any amount placed on a casino game or sports bet.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional money awarded by tk11 that cannot be withdrawn before specific conditions are met.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total bet amount that must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

In addition to these Terms, tk11's bonus policy, promotion terms and the rules of any special event are considered part of these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on tk11, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. All tk11 services are strictly prohibited for those under age.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and use your real identity.
• Each member may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited.
• Your name, mobile number and all other information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Opening an account on behalf of another person or using a third party's details is prohibited.

After registration is complete, tk11 may verify a member's identity if required. When a verification request is made, the necessary information and documents must be submitted within the specified time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until identity verification is complete.

3. Account Management and Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your tk11 account. It is your duty to keep your login details confidential and not allow anyone else to use your account.

Password and Login Security

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Never share your username or password with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised login activity, notify tk11 support immediately.
• tk11 is not liable for account hacking or unauthorised use unless it is proven that the responsibility lies with tk11 itself.

Updating Account Information

If your mobile number or other details change, update them promptly through support. tk11 is not responsible for payment delays or cancellations caused by incorrect information.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all members regarding depositing and withdrawing funds on tk11.

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
• Deposits must be sent from a mobile account registered in your own name.
• Depositing from a third party's account is prohibited.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Accepted withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the account used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be on hold until identity verification is complete.
• In cases of suspected suspicious activity, tk11 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal request pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

tk11's bonuses and promotional offers are provided under specific conditions. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which must be read together with these general terms.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.

For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the account balance ৳3,000; to withdraw the bonus, a wager of ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be completed.

General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be claimed once per account.
• Each bonus may have specific game restrictions.
• Bonus balance and real balance are tracked separately.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, tk11 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and investigate the account.
• No withdrawal from bonus funds is possible before the applicable wagering requirement is met.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply at all times for betting and gaming on tk11.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If the outcome of a bet is affected by a system error or technical issue, tk11 reserves the right to void that bet.
• For sports betting, payments are processed after the official result is announced.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally voided and stakes returned, though specific conditions may apply.

Casino Games

• All casino games are operated by third-party game studios and function according to their own RTP and statistics.
• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a disconnection occurs during a live casino game due to a technical issue, the result is determined by reviewing the game history.

7. VIP Program

tk11's VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit, calculated at a set rate on the net loss for that week.

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated on the net loss, which is total losses minus total winnings for the week. Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week receives ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback. Additional benefits are added as VIP tier increases.

VIP tier is determined according to tk11's own criteria, and tk11 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk11. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Operating multiple accounts from the same person or the same device.
• Exploiting weaknesses in the bonus system for gain or attempting to manipulate the system.
• Money laundering or depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Playing games using automated software, bots or any artificial method.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs for gain.
• Attempting to access another member's account or steal their information.
• Operating an account on behalf of a person under age (under 21).
• Fraudulent behaviour or making threats towards tk11 staff.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

tk11 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Registration using false or incomplete information.
• Evidence of fraud or illegal activity.
• A request from authorities or a legal obligation.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned; however, bonus funds and related winnings may be forfeited. Members may also request to close their account at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

tk11 accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• If a game or bet is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue.
• If a problem arises due to a third-party service provider (game studio, payment processor).
• If data is lost due to an unexpected technical error.
• If a member compromises their own account by disclosing their login details.
• If service is unavailable due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or government directives.

tk11 always strives to provide the highest quality service. However, it is not possible to guarantee continuity, uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

tk11 gives the highest priority to protecting members' personal information. How your data is collected, stored and used is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you also agree to that policy.

• Member data is used for service operation and identity verification.
• Personal information is not sold to third parties.
• There may be an obligation to share information when required by law or upon request by authorities.
• All data transmission is secured through SSL encryption.

12. Responsible Gaming

tk11 believes that gambling or betting should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage members to practise responsible gaming and provide support on this matter.

• All tk11 services are for members aged 21 and above — this age limit is strictly enforced.
